LottoDex collects only what is needed to run your simulated collection profile, sync progress across sessions, and deliver optional notifications. We do not process real-money gambling transactions or sell your personal information.
LottoDex (“we”, “us”) operates the LottoDex mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

We do not require your legal name, mailing address, government ID, or payment card for core gameplay.
Where applicable, we rely on contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and improvement), and consent (push notifications and optional ads).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Leaderboards display your nickname, avatar, and public stats to other players.
We keep account and gameplay data while you use the App and for a reasonable period afterward to support reactivation, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion as described below.
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your device updated and protected.
LottoDex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will take appropriate steps.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps designed to ensure adequate protection consistent with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and significant updates may be surfaced in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
