Keeps ("we", "our", or "the app") is a private photo and video storage application designed to protect your personal media on your iPhone.

Keeps does not collect, upload, track, or share your personal data.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

Keeps does not collect or process:

• Personal identification information
• Photos or videos stored in the app
• Biometric or facial data
• Device identifiers
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data

3. Local-Only Storage

All photos and videos are stored locally on your device.

• No cloud storage
• No remote servers
• No account system
• No data synchronization

Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

4. Device Permissions

Keeps may request access to:

• Photo Library – Only to import photos or videos you select.
• Biometric Authentication – Used to unlock the app or protected albums. Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS.
• Camera (Optional) – Used for intruder detection after failed unlock attempts. Images are stored locally only.

5. Security

Keeps uses system-level protections including encrypted local storage, PIN protection, album-level locks, and iOS Secure Enclave features.

While strong measures are used, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

Keeps does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, there is no child-specific data processing.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected within the app or on this page.
