Nomi ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have when using the Nomi mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the App's functionality.

1.1. Personal Data

• Nomi does not require account creation or personal identification.
• Reminder details such as title, time, and sound are stored locally on your device.
• We never access your photos, contacts, or microphone unless you explicitly allow it (e.g., for recording custom reminder sounds).

1.2. Device and Usage Data

To improve performance and reliability, we may collect anonymous diagnostic data such as:

• Device model and OS version
• App version and language settings
• Crash logs and performance metrics (through Apple-provided analytics)

This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.

1.3. Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob for in-app advertising.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA)
• Approximate location
• App interactions and usage metrics

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

• Run and manage reminders, alarms, and notifications
• Maintain app performance and stability
• Deliver non-personalized ads through AdMob (unless removed via purchase)
• Improve usability through anonymous analytics

We never sell, trade, or rent user data.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All reminder and alarm data remain on your device.
• We do not store personal information on any external server.
• Apple's built-in sandboxing and data encryption protect your local data.
• If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted.

4. Advertising and In-App Purchase

• The free version of Nomi contains advertisements via Google AdMob.
• You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option (one-time payment).
• Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.
• We do not store or process payment information.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Disable personalized ads via Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your iPhone.
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app.
• Request clarification or support via email.

6. Children's Privacy

• Continued use of Nomi after updates means you accept the new terms.
