1. Our Services

Nox may provide features including:

• Publishing Moments with text, photos, or short videos
• Choosing whether a Moment is public or visible only to you
• Browsing content in Discover
• Replying to Moments and chatting with other users
• Optional subscription features

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for operational, legal, safety, or product reasons.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

Nox currently supports Sign in with Apple only.

You agree to:

• Use a valid Apple account
• Keep your device and account secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account
• Not impersonate another person or organization

If we detect spam, abuse, harassment, scams, illegal activity, or policy violations, we may limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.

3. Community Safety & Conduct

Nox has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

You may not use Nox to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others
• Post hateful, violent, sexual, exploitative, or illegal content
• Send spam, scams, or deceptive content
• Share content that infringes another person’s rights
• Repeatedly send unwanted messages or interactions

We may investigate reports and take moderation actions without prior notice.

4. Public & Private Content

4.1 Public Moments

When you publish a Moment publicly:

• It is uploaded to Nox servers
• Other users may discover and interact with it
• It may generate share links or previews

4.2 Visible Only to You

When you mark a Moment as visible only to you:

• It remains on your device by default
• It is not uploaded to Nox servers by default
• Other users cannot access it

You understand that locally stored content may be lost if you uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear local storage.

5. Chat & Interaction Limits

To reduce spam and maintain lightweight interactions, Nox may apply limits such as:

• Daily Discover limits
• Consecutive message limits
• Interaction cooldowns
• Media sending restrictions
• Rate limits for abusive behavior prevention

Some limits may depend on subscription status.

6. Subscriptions

Nox may offer monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions.

Subscription benefits may include:

• Additional Discover opportunities
• Expanded interaction limits
• Media messaging features
• Additional future member benefits

Actual subscription benefits are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

7. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged after purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before expiration
• You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings

Refunds and billing issues are handled under Apple policies.

8. Reporting & Blocking

Nox provides built-in reporting and blocking tools to help users control their experience.

• Reports may be reviewed for moderation and safety purposes
• Blocked users cannot continue interacting with you
• Blocked content may disappear immediately from your feed and chats

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account inside the app.

After deletion:

• Your profile may no longer be visible
• Your public content may stop appearing in Discover
• Some data may be deleted or anonymized

We may retain limited information where required for:

• Security and fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution

10. Availability & Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, cloud provider issues, networking failures, or other external causes.

Nox is provided on an “as available” basis.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Nox evolves.

Significant updates may be communicated through:

• In-app notices
• Updated policy pages
• App Store release notes

Continued use of Nox after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
